I gave JP C.C.T.V a call as I have a house alarm system but have never had a code for it. I cannot speak highly enough about the professional and friendly service that I received. I have bought a house and was unable to use the alarm system. I contacted the suppliers who weren't very much use. I chanced upon Gerry's number and he patiently talked me through the reset procedure. My daughter had a problem with her alarm system so i googled it and found a number for Gerry which i rang. He rang back and told us what to do over the phone and said if we had any problems to ring him and he would talk us through it. It was a Sunday when we arrived at our daughters and he was true to his word,we had to phone him and he rang us back. The problem is now sorted. A huge thank you goes out to Gerry, who took me step by step through quite a complicated diagnostic process over the telephone in an attempt to cure my problematic Intruder Alarm. I had a problem with my alarm system following some repair work on the house lights - Gerry talked me through corrective action via a number of phone calls throughout a Saturday - he also sent me copies of the manuals for my system ( which is some years old ).
I am now back up and running again which is all down to Gerry - many thanks mate !

we found jerry very helpful we were so grateful of his help as he saved us a fortune there is not very many people out there that are willing to help for free. we phoned our usual alarm company first but they were not willing to provide infomation that jerry gave us in which case they were goin to charge us for a call out. he was very polite and we would highly recommend his services to anyone. thanks jerry

After a long power cut our alarm system went into a complete system failure. To cut a long story short I found Jerry\'s number on the internet. All I can say is thank God for such a wonderful person. Despite calling him at 3am, he was a complete star who managed to talk me through resetting the Alarm, and solving a long standing problem with the system. I am always concerned about contacting \"random\" companies off the net, but this time I turned up trumps. Despite our system being over 15 years old, he still knew all about it, which is quite impressive. Well Done and Thank You.
